1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any repairs required to correct defects in materials or workmanship occurring within the applicable warranty period. All necessary repairs will be performed using the required replacement parts.

The warranty includes coverage for major components such as:

• Framework
• Chassis
• Differential
• Rear Axle
• Motor
• Charger
• Controller

Accessories and wear-and-tear items—including brake shoes, brake drums, brake cables, horn, lights, key switch, battery wires, bushings, battery, bearings, and similar components—are covered for one (1) year only

All approved warranty repairs, including parts and labour, will be carried out free of charge

2. Presenting a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

• The customer must promptly report a ny suspected defect to the Seller.
• The defective part must be delivered to the Seller for inspection and exchange within the warranty period.
• Customers must allow a reasonable time for the Seller’s certified service personnel to perform the necessary repairs.
• The Seller reserves the right to examine the product to verify the claim.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the vehicle is first delivered to the customer and ends upon the expiration of the applicable coverage duration. Different components may have different coverage periods as outlined above.

4. Exclusions (non-coverage)

This warranty covers any repairs required to correct defects in materials or workmanship occurring within the applicable warranty period. All necessary repairs will be performed using the required replacement parts.

This warranty does not cover defects, damage, or failures resulting from:

• Improper operation, misuse, abuse, or accidents.
• Alteration or modification of the vehicle, body, chassis, or components without written
• Insufficient or improper maintenance, including failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules or use proper fluids.
• Service or repairs performed by anyone other than a certified Seller technician or Seller
• Storing batteries in a discharged state or failing to maintain them properly.
• Damage requiring repairs due to accidental causes (these will be charged separately).

5. Additional Notes

Any damage or malfunction caused by activities or conditions outside the scope of this warranty will not be covered, and associated repairs will be billed to the customer.
